GRANT OF RIGHTS IN THE SUBMITTED MATERIALS: YOU GRANT US OUR LICENSEES AND ASSIGNS A ROYALTY-FREE, UNRESTRICTED, WORLDWIDE, PERPETUAL, IRREVOCABLE, NON-EXCLUSIVE AND FULLY TRANSFERABLE, ASSIGNABLE AND SUBLICENSABLE RIGHT AND LICENSE TO USE, COPY, REPRODUCE, MODIFY, ADAPT, PUBLISH, TRANSLATE, CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS FROM, DISTRIBUTE, PERFORM AND DISPLAY SUCH SUBMITTED MATERIALS (IN WHOLE OR PART) IN AND IN CONNECTION WITH THE WORK IN ANY FORM, MEDIA, OR TECHNOLOGY NOW KNOWN OR LATER DEVELOPED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU HEREBY GRANT AND ASSIGN TO US PRINT, AUDIO AND ELECTRONIC RIGHTS IN THE SUBMITTED MATERIALS(IN WHOLE OR IN PART), FOR THE FULL TERM OF COPYRIGHT (INCLUDING ANY RENEWALS AND EXTENSIONS), IN ALL LANGUAGES, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO REPRODUCE, PUBLISH, DISTRIBUTE, TRANSMIT, DELIVER, TRANSFER, MARKET, RENT AND/OR SELL THE SUBMITTED MATERIALS IN AND IN CONNECTION WITH THE WORK, BY ANY MEANS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FIXED-COPY, DIGITAL DELIVERY, DOWNLOAD, STREAMED FORMATS, SHARED FILE DISTRIBUTION AND WIRELESS METHODS, AND IN AND IN CONNECTION WITH PROMOTION, PUBLICITY AND ADVERTISING OF THE WORK, AND TO GRANT OTHERS THE RIGHT TO EXERCISE THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED RIGHTS ON THE SAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

4. NAME AND LIKENESS RIGHTS. WE AND OUR LICENSEES AND ASSIGNS SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT, BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION, AND MAY GRANT TO OTHERS THE RIGHT (BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION) TO USE YOUR NAME, LIKENESS AND/OR BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE WORK AS NEWS OR INFORMATION, FOR THE PURPOSES OF TRADE OR FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES, IN ANY MANNER OR MEDIUM.
