'3 Idiots' a film that communicates The New Constructs

The messages from the movie '3 idiots' is very aligned to The New Constructs.

1. Definition of success needs to be changed from wealth to living a meaningful life
2. Follow your passion
3. Our education system kills individual creativity and passion

For most the sign of arrival is buying a large house and a swanky car with a top designation and a fat bank balance - But is that it ?

What do you think about the message of the film? is it possible to break through the practical issues of 'paying bills, surviving, being in the rat race' to living a more vibrant and meaningful life? to get off from ambition to meaning ?

Excellent thought..It is better to be an "Idiot" and happy than a "Chatur, to conform yet be dissatisfied.

Sudhakar in his article concluded that the three real idiots are Education system, teachers and Parents.

I differ on this with him. All three act under the influence of so called system/ society where all of us live and are responsible for the way it is today. In software industry we very regularly do RCA - root cause analysis to determine the real cause. We need to do the same every time we look forward to address an issue. As businessman or today we call entrepreneurs are ready to offer position to a person as genius as Einstein but without a degree offered by Sudhakar's 1st idiot - Education system.

The ROOT CAUSE is people in general DO NOT KNOW what they really want in life.

The only way to remove this ignorance is to include religion as one of the compulsory subject in the school/college curriculum with an option to select any religion.
